Una vez al año los museos de Buenos Aires tienen su noche de fiesta. Desde 2004, un sábado al año, los museos de la ciudad permanecen abiertos en horario nocturno, luciendo su vasto patrimonio y conjugando diversas propuestas estéticas.
Una larga noche que año tras año extiende su alcance a distintas zonas de nuestra ciudad; en su última edición, el sábado 15 de noviembre de 2008, 120 museos y espacios de arte – estatales y privados – abrieron sus puertas gratuitamente recibiendo la visita de 454 mil asistentes ávidos de cultura.
